#hardworkpaysoff I went from 284-188 in about 14 months!! This is my 2nd round using spark , it’s been 10 years so I’m a bit confused but I hope to learn this app and make inspirational friends!

    emoticon The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Here are some of the members comments written on a Survey Monkey poll:
