    So far the bootcamp hasn't paid off on the scale but I did loose 2cm around my waist and one around my hips. My legs still hurt from Monday's exercise (must be doing something right!).
    The best thing about the bootcamp is that Coach Nicole tells you today you do this exercise etc. I really needed someone else to get my ass in gear! I also got my friend doing the strength training now so it is now a buddy effort which makes it more fun.
    We share the pain.

    Hey, girl!
    THanks for checking in- it was kind of a crazy weekend- I partied on Saturday, drinking wine ALL day, but still stayed within my calories somehow. So I'm still focusing on Bridal Bootcamp, but i'm definitely going to try to integrate parts of MTC, like you said.
    Glad you had a good weekend- it's time for my booty to get back on track!
