I don't remember what smoothie I had four days ago, but I do know that I will use either greek yogurt or protein powder (vegan) but not both, too many calories. Yogurt is either plain, vanilla, or flavored. Sometimes I will put a tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter in my smoothie, but not that often. Most of the time I put 1/4 cup (no more) of raw old-fashioned or quick oats in my smoothie. I don't care for quick oats but I often get that from a food pantry. Then I use either bagged frozen fruit (usually berries) or fruit I freeze myself (usually bananas I have slice, but sometimes berries) Sometimes I use a mixture of frozen or fresh fruit. Then I use vanilla or plain, sweetened or unsweetened, almond milk. Every so often I use chocolate almond milk. I prefer to use sweetened milk because I will just add Truvia to it then. Oh, and sometimes I use 2-3 Tablespoons of Hershey's Simply Five Chocolate syrup.

I'm going to have to look up at Carbo-Calorie diet you wrote about. I bet it beats Euell Gibbons' "many parts of the tree are edible" diet.

    hahaha

He actually was an expert on eating food from wild sources.
Most of us tend to think wild sources of food are late-night gas-station fare or carnival food.
