This year I am opening doors to new ideas and shutting them on things that haven't worked well for me.

 My program still works for 2019
Continue my exercise program which is now carved into my brain.
Remove the snacks from my diet.
Clean eating works when you don't snack

    Your page is so festive. I’ve tried, my frustrations with spark make it impossible to load a new banner image. That was the pic you liked yesterday. At least the pumpkins have disappeared. I must have a virus/malware, only issues with my iPad are when using SparkPeople. Not going to attempt the Apple store, and I haven’t the heart or time for a hard reset. One day. Until then, jingling all the way...hohoho, no bah humbug in this girl.
