LOL!! It explains a lot. I thought you were kind of buggy. You are probably a good singer. Cicadas are.

If you were with it would have been a blast. Just wasn’t my day, no great finds. Not one teeny bit of inspiration. Bugger that. Dodging drops didn’t improve the experience or my mood. My shopping partners were notably MIA. When are you heading this way, antiquing will absolutely be on the agenda?

You might like the corpse dingers. I don't even care for red sauce/gravy that much.

I like Italian salami like genoa, soppressata, milano. I only like bologna and Nathan's hot dogs fried. I have not had spam since I was a kid and remember it as greasy.

We have some things like that here that are local favorites. Kentucky has a lot more - seems like lots of people there make head cheese. Friends have told me how to make it should I want to - I don't. LOL. emoticon

The pork roll sounds kind of kinky. I don't know if we have anything like that around here. My home town has a large Italian population and my step mom's family owned an Italian bar/cafe that is still there in business. My dad worked as a butcher in an Italian grocery store when I was a baby. The grocery has been in business over 100 years. He made these sausages called salameats that my parents loved. .My hubby and I hate them. They look like corpse dingers. They are gritty and vinegary and taste and smell like they are boiled in pee but everyone loves them in my home town.
