Hi and welcome to my Spark page! My name is Andreja, I'm 31 years old and I live in Slovenia. I started my weight loss journey a few years ago when I found Sparkpeople "by accident", and it has been a great experience! Now, both my husband and I are Spark enthusiasts. Hi and welcome to my Spark page! My name is Andreja, I'm 31 years old and I live in Slovenia. I started my weight loss journey a few years ago when I found Sparkpeople "by accident", and it has been a great experience! Now, both my husband and I are Spark enthusiasts. I have lost a considerable amount of weight already, and I'm not giving up despite the struggles. I am getting rid of the excess weight for good! At the same time I am aware that this is not just about losing weight - it's also about feeling better about myself and most of all, being healthy. And it is a lifelong journey!

Fitness Minutes: 144,497

My Goals:
Cardio: workout videos 5 days per week; walking daily - 10,000 steps
Strength training twice per week
Tracking everything I eat, staying close to my calorie range
(5% Challenge commitment)

My Program:
 Eating within my calorie range (depends on my exercise, but it's quite small because I'm only 5'2); burning 3000cals a week with the help of workout videos (Turbo Jam, dance workouts and strength training); striving towards an overall healthy lifestyle with as little stress as possible.


Personal Information:
I love reading (in different languages), Turbo Jam, walking...

Other Information:
 Life is busy at the moment so I might dissapear for a while - but I always come back!
