Hi there. This is not my first time at the rodeo folks. I have been a SparkPeople.com member since 2007 under the username 'Reignbeaulefem' ( which is the curly haired friend w/ the oversized shades on my list down there) . Like my weight loss journey in general, my time here has been reminiscent of a roller coaster. When I was really on the grind and putting 100% into SP and the weight loss, I lost 40 lbs in three months. However, when I fall off...I fall all the way off. I go into full binge eating, 0% activity, pitty party event coordinator mode. The second time I started SP, I lost 12.5 pounds in a month. Then, I was knocked off track b/c a fragile ego and hurt feelings.

This will mark the last time that I am doing this. Let's just call the last few times the practice runs. I learned valuable lessons about what works and what doesn't work. The MOST valuable lesson is that I must adapt and evolve. There is NO hard and fast way to do this. What works for you may not work for me. I know that now.

The amazing thing about life in general is that you are ALWAYS given the opportunity the re-do , and re-new. Life lessons are given to you ad infinitumun until you master them. This is a lesson that I keep failing. (This is the worst thing in the world for a self-proclaimed overachiever, like myself.)

Another mistake that I made was that I had the loftly goal of losing 100lbs. That is ridiculously daunting. I broke it down to 50 pounds this time. (I have kept off 27 of this initial goal so now it's down to 73 lbs left) My 25th birthday is in 5 months and I think that I can reach that goal of 50 more gone by then.

Current Weight-260
Goal 1- 210
Ultimate Goal- 180

Once I reach 180, I will reassess my goals. I amy want to lose more. I may want to maintain. My goal is to be a size 12. Skinny is not really my thing. I want to be thick and healthy. Nothing is set in stone, though.

PS, I am holding on to my other Spark page for now. I don't want to give up my Spark trophies. It is also good for reference. Mostly I'm keeping it for nostalgia sake.

My Program:
Eat between 1200-1400 calories daily.

Eat 4-5 meals per day.

Drink 64 oz of water daily.

60 min cardio 5-7 days a week

30 min strength training
3x a week (2x @ the gym/ 1 at home)

Do @ least 3 classes a week @ the gym.

Sleep 8 hours a day. Do not stay up past 1am
