Getting Healthy!


I'm forty two, a vegetarian (for five years now), live a pretty active lifestyle and am very happy with my life!

I feel good, try to be kind to my husband, family and friends, and have a positive outlook on life.

I have a good amount of weight I want to loose and KEEP OFF!

 Lift weights at the gym 3 times a week, with a cardio warmup.

Cardio five times a week with at least one 4-mile walk.
