Things Are Changing


I've been a member of SparkPeople since May 2005. During that time I've made lots of life style changes -- all for the better. I weigh less than I did 10 years ago and feel much better physically and mentally.

My Goals:
Continue to improve my lifestyle and lose weight. My next short-term goal is to lose the weight I gained with my first pregnancy 22 years ago.

My Program:
 Watching what I eat and get plenty of cardio exercise mixed with some strength exercises.

 My original Community Journal, In the beginning ....., represents the first stage of my program.



The second phase of my journey is documented in my community journal called Metamorphosis -- Stage 2.



I am now in the third phase and my current journal is called Metamorphosis -- Stage 3.

    Hi Pam: Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a new comer as of yesterday, so not at all sure of what I'm doing. What I admire about you is the teaching of cubbies..all my grandchildren have gone to the AWANA-cubbies etc programs and I so admire the work you do with teaching these young lives about Jesus..Keep on going now with the scale, and many blessings to you..Priscilla3112
