Things Are Changing


I've been a member of SparkPeople since May 2005. During that time I've made lots of life style changes -- all for the better. I weigh less than I did 10 years ago and feel much better physically and mentally.

My Goals:
Continue to improve my lifestyle and lose weight. My next short-term goal is to lose the weight I gained with my first pregnancy 22 years ago.

My Program:
 Watching what I eat and get plenty of cardio exercise mixed with some strength exercises.

    Hello Pamelaanne, I would like to join this forum.
    I am a 50 year old woman who has been a Christian
    since I was a child. I have been on the Sparks Program
    for about a year. Over the past 4 months, I have
    relapsed back into gaining about 10 pounds & I
    want to regain control again.
    This site caught my eye because of it being
    for Christians. Just viewing your page gives
    me inspiration. Please keep me in your prayers
    that I will get back on track.
