Just thought you would like this beautiful photo today. It just feels so calming. I don't know where it came from on my photo stream and I wish I could give credit to the artist. Enjoy today!

This is one of my water color paintings and it's where I want to be right now. Splashing in the white warm sand of Miramar Beach in Florida! Ahhhh...relaxation, warmth, nature, beauty, humility. Take a moment to breath from your diaphragm and remember who you are in the depth of your soul and that you are valued just because you are uniquely you.

TIME TO GET REAL. I have 25 pounds to lose. I have been dealing with a lot of stress in the past couple years and now is the time to get the fat off once and for all. Sexy at Sixty is my mantra and plan to have 12 pounds off by my birthday, mid June and 15 pounds off by July and the last 10 off by Fall.

I love good food and eat too many simple carbs. They are my go to. Enough of the excuses. I am so excited to say goodbye to the old body and welcome myself into the body I am supposed to have.

Recipes on Spark Recipes by Tamera! I love to create recipes and meals that help me stay within my calorie limit but I simply enjoy eating.

Hi I noticed your question on the Walkers thread. Landing the plane is the ultimate goal each week when we post our exercise minutes and LTGL points. It's a race and we are trying to "land the plane" before the other teams as we earn points in the challenge. That's why it's important to post your exercise minutes daily. Hope that helps! emoticon

Welcome to WRJ&G! The challenge of course is to lose your 5%. To make it more fun the different team race each week to our destination. The destine is on the thread. Next week a new one. So the earlier you post your exercise (miles on the trip) the earlier we land. The max you can post for each day is 120. The extras are to try to help modify our habits--like drink more water. Next week we will have water again and another one to do.
    We can do this!

Welcome and thanks for adding me as a friend. Great mantra-sexy at 60's! I started these challenges last Spring and they do help, but bottom line to anything we do with our health is YOU really have to want to do it. No one or things can make it happen if you don't want it. I have been on my health journey since I became 60 and it took me 3 years and now 4 years later I am still maintaining it. You can do it and you will love it and if you ever need support you can always reach out. emoticon emoticon emoticon
