    Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. Ten teams participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    You can do this I have a lot of aches and pains also beside other health issues and though it's a daily battle some days better than others it helps wen you have friends. May I also suggest Indygirl she has such a wonderful story of her life in a wheelchair to be out of it and so forth. emoticon

    Many of us abbreviate Sparks People as SP
