I am 5'3 started at 163 pds before I started with Spark People in January of 2006. Since I have started with Spark (which is 8 years now I have lost 34 pounds and now weigh 129. Now I need to maintain my weight. I still have to keep up with my fiber. I am maintaining my gerd problem as well so my health is doing pretty good for the start of 2012.

    Everyone deserves a break every once in a while and with only 3 lbs left to go I would be doing a little celebrating I think. Don't like dentists though and avoid them as much as I can.

    HI! Sorry no response til today I have been sick this weekend so spent most of my time in bed or bathroom since Saturday. Now that I am feeling human again I have my lovely big yard to mow. I will be back on line later tonight.
