Introduction Text I am a child of God, a daughter, a granddaughter, a wife, a mom, a grandma, a sister, an aunt, a cousin, a niece, a worker, a teacher, a singer, a student, a friend, a giver, an ASL student . . .

My goals are to get this weight off to not only be healthy, but to feel better overall about myself and to be a better example to my children and grandchildren.

Given my limitations, I will walk with Leslie Sansone's 45 minute walking video every morning and every evening. I am currently on Medifast 5 and 1 meal plan as of 7-1-11 and tracking my food intake regularly. I will be on the plan for 3-6 months to lose my goal weight loss of 50 lbs and safely.

Hi, my name is Patty and I am originally from Anaheim, California. Presently, I live and work in San Bernardino, California. I am a full-time mother and grandmother of some great kids!

I am part of a loving church of brothers and sisters in the Lord who support each other with prayer and encouragement. The joy I feel around them is powerful. I am also blessed with a beautiful Pastor and his lovely wife, who shepherds his flock to do as the Lord commands us to do, being doers of the Word and not only hearers.
