Amen A little about me, I'm 47, always been heavy. Actually the only time I've been relatively thin was when I've had a substance problem. My drug of choice was Cocaine. Was clean for 7 years as of January 2006, but feel off the wagon one night, but have been clean since. Was laid off from my job in June 08, and since then have been steadily putting on weight. Went through a oh poor me for a spell, but feel I really need to put myself back on track. I'm married to a really wonderful man, who loves me no matter what I look like. We've been together for 10 years and married for one, yeah I know it took awhile, but perseverance pays off right????? Last year I was told by my Doctor that I'm borderline diabetic and my cholesterol was starting to creep up. Definitely time to get healthy. I have 3 children, 20, 17 and 16 and I really want to be around for grandkids.........sooooo...... I guess this should be considered the first day of the rest of my life. Wish me luck.

Tracking my food daily. Cardio 6x a week Strength Training 3x a week
