Introduction Text I erased everything. last year, I lost 20lbs by exercising and eating right. Clothes fit me. I could shop peacefully, knowing that I would find something I could wear. Then winter came. I stopped logging in (by accident) after a 410-day streak Now, i'm three pounds shy of where I started last year. Horrible. So, now i'm starting round two. and this time, I won't fall down for the count.

i just want to feel healthy. I don't need to be a size 3, i don't need to be a size anything. i just want to feel like i've done something for the better. i am also terrified of diabetes. There's a HUGE familial precedent for adult-onset diabetes for me. I need to take control of my life now, while i still can.

i'm trying to teach myself to run! It's not easy, as I've been dealing with shin pain! So i'm going to do it gradually! there are days when i would stab my best friend for Ruffles potato chips. . . . . . but i'm getting better at avoiding those days :P
