    Thank you so much for your supportive comment on my blog. It helps SO MUCH to hear that others go through the same thing and you're totally right, I never stop hearing people tell me "you're too hard on yourself" and I need to learn to be kinder to myself. I can be very judgmental and mean to myself which doesn't help ANYTHING in a positive way. My new mantra is "just be" which means accepting myself the way I am, the way I feel, and what I want to do.

    Yay for maintaining! Keep chipping away at that BMI. I'll be at the Jersey Shore for vacation with my extended family. We go every year for a reunion and it's a lot of fun! This year I'll focus more on exercise and less on eating. I can't wait to get to the beach!

    How goes the quest for a normal BMI? I have about 1.5 pounds to lose before I get there (according to my Wii) and I have been trying for a month to have it done by Friday when I leave for vacation! Hope all is well with you!

    I am in two challenges right now - one is a Biggest Loser 10-week challenge and the other is The Amazing Race with my Wii group. The first is more for my personal goals but the second makes me wildly competitive with the other teams and I want to get in as much exercise as I can to push us forward! My plan for now is to keep up with both challenges and I think I'll reap the benefits as a result!
