My Program:
Eating fresh, whole foods, lean proteins and low carb. Breaking up with my evening glass of wine (it's not you, my beautiful fermented grape friends, it's me).
Adjusting my formerly vigorous workouts after injuring my hip and shoulder and being sidelined for almost a year. Trying to figure out how to honor my body - not punish it.
Personal Information:
I'm 45, the mother of three girls - 23, 17 & 14. I have a wonderful husband of over twenty years and two goofy little dogs. I used to be a soldier. I'm not afraid to push myself physically or mentally and HATE giving up on anything!
Other Information:
Things I love: books, art, history, travel, wine, architecture, being outside and learning new things about people and places.
I'm not a willing technophile - I actually only use the internet when I have to and it's usually brief.
