Introduction Text I have been heavy since adolescence. About 6 years ago I had an amazing surge of energy, confidence, and motivation and I lost 80 pounds. I became someone I LOVED! Life events have caused me to gain it all back plus some and in the process I lost the elements I used to lose it. Thanks to SparkPeople I lost about 30 pounds from April to July of 2012, however I lost focus and allowed myself to become too busy and I have since gained most of it back. I'm looking to feel strong and confident again. I want my health under control before I go further down the wrong path. I want to be a Mom someday, but I believe I would have never achieved this dream if I hadn't started trying to improve my health. I have a chance thanks to SP and to all of my wonderful SP friends! I love this site so much and it helped me to regain so much of my own strength, I just need to find that again. Thank you for reading my story. Please feel free to add me as a friend. Well... I'm hoping to make better choices in both my nutrition and my workout life. I love to strength train and I love my Leslie Sansone videos. I also have a Chris Powell video that I enjoy.

My name is Nicki and I live in Louisville, KY. I was born in Colorado and lived in Indiana most of my life. Now I live in Louisville with my boyfriend. I have a terrific job and a beautiful home. My life's dream is to be a Mom but I know that I need to continue making some changes before that can happen.
