It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

Suzzane, Good to see you sparking. I was a co-cappie on Jane's team in a past challenge and enjoyed our interactions. Like you, I'm striving to be my healthiest and stay active as I age and have some limitations. Some of us gather on the Living and Eating Mindfully team. Come meet us on the Front Porch, where we share our experiences, have fun, while getting healthy. Lots of positive energy and self-discovery.
Wishing you the very best and do hope Jane and family are doing well. We had a great team experience and I miss seeing her.
