emoticon I saw your list of goals, and I would say to start by using the Japanese Art of KAI-ZEN, the ONE MINUTE manager.

If you want to exercise each day, set your timer for ONE MINUTE and begin. When it goes off you can stop. You have DONE your exercise for the day. Give yourself credit. Write it down. The next day, about the same time, set your timer for ONE MINUTE and do your exercise. STOP, give yourself credit and write it down. Continue this each day. NOW, IF, and that is IF you WANT, you can do longer, but there is NOTHING that says you must. That is all your choice.
This can be used for ANYTHING. You want to organize your house. Today, set the timer for ONE MINUTE and START.

See, the hardest part of ANYTHING is starting. Kai-zen deals with making a habit and getting over the FEAR of starting. Why don't we just exercise, because we have the FEAR of FAILURE. "Oh, I can't do it for 30 minutes." Right. BUT, we can do something for one minute. ONE MINUTE.

Most people dislike looking at their clutter, and so they avoid STARTING. I dislike unloading a dish drainer. I don't know why except I had to do it as a child, and I have had to do it as an adult since my husband has NEVER wanted to have a dishwasher like normal people (he sees no need in it since his mother didn't have one.) BUT, I use the art of KAI-ZEN, set the timer for ONE MINUTE and I start to put the dishes away. When it goes off, I'm usually near being done, so I just finish. Still HATE doing it, but it gets done.

Try it and see how it works.
