Hey! I'm a 40 something 'young at heart' lady who figures it's time to lose some of this weight that has crept on...I'm a 911 ambulance communications officer, which means 12 hrs of sitting and alot of stress! Time to get moving and get back on track!! I have my fitness degree, so it's not like I don't know what to do, I just need to "DO IT"...

My Goals:
My goal is obviously to lose weight, but more importantly, I would just enjoy being active again and feeling strong and healthy! I have always enjoyed the outdoors and like walking and hiking. I hope to even get back to riding with my daughter and back hanging out at the Barn.
My Program:
My plan is to take this journey day by day! No more excuses..commit to the PLAN..that would be "ME"!! I know what I want, so stay true to that. And that means taking each step, no matter how small, in that direction. Small steps lead to bigger changes - outside - and IN (where it counts the most)
Personal Information:
I am a Canadian girl, living in the province of Ontario, north of Toronto.
I have loved animals most of my life, and my daughter and I have a horse named, 'Autumn'. I also have a dog named, 'Tessa', and I'm hoping they'll be my motivation to get outside again and back to nature.
Other Information:
