Please don't mourn your food logs from your past weight loss. Apparently, that way of eating was not sustainable. Or at least not with the approach you were using. Dieting isn't the only reason people binge, but it it's hard to heal it while being too regimented about your food choices. Good luck with finding the balance you need.
