I'm a 32 year old mom of a 6 year old. I just want to get back to a weight that makes me feel happy. My goal for 2016 is to track my food. This is a struggle for me and I need to keep it in check. I also plan on doing a half marathon, did this last year but neglected to train. Going to try again this year and be prepared. Also signed up for a Triathlon Sprint!

My Goals:
I want to do a pull up so badly.

I want to fit comfortably in a size 8 pants.

I want to one day complete the Dopey Challenge in Disney World.

I want to get strong and healthy for me and my daughter

My Program:
I workout with a group of women and 4 of us maintain a pretty steady schedule that goes something like this:
Mon- Thurs group workout with varies day to day
Friday- your choice
Saturday- Insanity
Sunday- active rest day, usually a walk or hike

Personal Information:
I have live in Great Falls, MT my whole life and I have worked at the local Coca-Cola plant for 12 years.
I have had the pleasure of annoying my husband for 12 years, and look forward to many many more years.
We have a 6 year old daughter, Lorelei and she is the reason for the butt kicking I take everyday. I want her to appreciate her body and know what eating right and staying active can do for you.

Other Information:
I love to read, I especially like crime/forensic books. I am a Twihard, Go Team Edward. Me and the hubs go camping almost every weekend in the summer and we love to go four wheeling.

    At least you got away with only 3 boxes this year emoticon I ordered 9! 3 Sams, 3 Tags, and 3 Dosis. Samoas are normally my favorite but I had one last night and it was just, eh. But the tags w/ the PB and chocolate..wow...coulda ate more of those! I made my version of a low carb no bake cookie instead and saved myself from eating more. Every day is a process!

    I understand about calories. I made my food tracker public at the request of MOM4HOCKEY. Feel free to look at it any time if you think it would help with the food thing and ideas. I've logged everything I plan to eat today and I'm at 900 ish calories. So I need to add something in there somewhere. And frankly I didn't eat breakfast until 11:15 so we will see what ends up happening for lunch. If I don't eat lunch I will really be struggling for calories. I hate when that happens!

    I'm really glad to hear that...I was feeling a little bummed when I saw you checking in and posting on a few blogs but never popping by! I was afraid I had just said more than I should so I'm glad that's not the case. Being busy is a valid reason, lol. Happens to the best of us.

    I'm working this week on adding in the exercise I'm missing. 2 days up for early workout. I'm gonna be sore by Friday I've got a feeling!
