My Goals:
I will loose 60 lbs by next summer. and will be able to wear a bikinni to the beach

My Program:
 I have been going on the treadmill a few times a week and doing some pilaties and i am going to try carmen electras arobic strip tees... has any one tried it? and how did you like it?? sometimes i feel silly but thats ok i am alone when i do it.

    thanks linda, Yep I am still around... i am in the process of redecorating my house and i was just in edmonton for the bridal show so i have not had much time to do much online... but hopefully i will am still able to get my walking in and my carmen electra.. thanks for the support.l i hope to talk to you soon
