Thank you so much for the Goodie! I'm happy to say I have managed to not eat any fast food for days now. I've had restaurant food, but not fast food, so I figure that's a little bit better.

Setting up the streaks is pretty easy. On your Start page on the left halfway down is the "my Goals and Progress" section. Click the "SparkStreaks" tab. Once in, click "Start / Manage SparkStreaks". There should be some defaults in there already for water, veggies, fitness (you can adjust the time). There are check boxes to click to make public on your spark page.
You can also add a custom goal to the quick tracker on the start page and it will also show up under the SparkStreaks. Mine is "track food daily".
Then just log everything from your start page and it will show up in the spark streaks and on your spark page in the awards area.

Firefly, I may need a little assistance with that. I thought I had it, and then I didn't. Been doing great though! Started on my big clothing project last night (3 bags of chubby clothes going to find new homes so far) and I've been writing every day. :) I haven't started my Italian classes yet, but I am going to this weekend. Doing great! I hope you're doing well too!! :)
