I am a voice and piano instructor of 15 years, a musician/classically trained soprano and songwriter of 20 plus years. I am a Christian. In 2003 I was diagnosed with Ms and EBV, but have been treating it naturally with no use of medication.

I work-out 5-6 times a week, walk/jog at the very least, 2 miles a day, incorporate strength training, pilates,yoga, stretching, and some sprints/running when my knees allow me to.
My Husband and I are advocates of the clean eating, no gluten, healthy lifestyle...mind body and spirit approach to life.

My Goals:
Short Term:
To lose the weight and just be an even better healthier me.

To get back out there preforming and ministering through my music, whatever style or song I do that it just blesses people's hearts and they see light even in the darkness.

To be a successful voice and piano instructor
To move into our first home asap and get out of this little apartment.

Long Term:
To live the abundant life I am meant to live...physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My Program:
Every day but Sat/Sun, however sometimes on Sat when needed...Walking 4-5 miles a day with Leslie Sansone or other type of power walking,
Staying active all throughout the day, taking walks, little sprints and runs, dancing, belly dancingXbox360 kinect, stretching, strength training in some form.

3x a week I will do pilates

I will stick to my diet and remain eating a gluten free diet

I will drink more water.

I will work on my music daily, piano, singing

I will feed my spirit man by getting in the Word, reading books I am led too, and just having daily conversation/prayer with God.

I will take some time out for me daily, and time for my Husband when He is not working.
