Introduction Text Always starting over! My momma was chubby, my papa was chubby, and I am chubby too. I am 53 years old, married and have 2 wonderful granddaughters. Most of my life I went up and down on my weight. My goal is to lose about 25 pounds. SLOWLY AND IN A HEALTHY WAY. I want to change my eating habits and exercise, so I will LIVE it. I am inspired by all of you here. Since I started spark, I lost some weight, broke my arm and gained some weight back. But still... 1. Lesson learned...drink the water! 8 cups a day! 2. Be kind to others and most importantly, be kind to yourself! 3. Whatever you eat, make it count! 4. Try to do something, anything to exercise your body and mind!
