Introduction Text To be fair, it has been a rough few months for me. I have been doing more emotional eating and not enough focus on what I really need to focus in on - planning my eating, sticking to my plan, and getting my body moving. Working multiple jobs also comes with its' own challenges and I need to get better at navigating through this. While I normally love to work out, I have been struggling with my own motivation recently. I have recently returned to pole dancing, which I love and began doing aerial yoga. However, I need to get back to working out more regularly including getting back to my "normal" gym (this is solely because my aerial gym is located too far from my home to go daily).

To feel comfortable being me!!!

I am currently working on learning to eat intuitively. Its a challenge - not going to lie.
