Growing old gracefully!
I'm 49 and from northern CA. I was diagnosed as obese in 2003 and a tenth of a point away from being a diabetic. I'm currently at a healthy BMI and not a diabetic! This site has a lot of great ideas and support. I've met many new friends here. I love the common goals! I am now able to keep up with my 5 grandchildren and I plan on staying this way! So, I'm maintaining!

I'm adding to my savings acct monthly. I plan on researching where we will retire! I plan on continuing to learn new things & step outside my comfort zone for personal growth!
