I am changing this intro since I have finally found a program that really works for me and I can realize the benefit of the SP teams. Lyn-Genet Recitas' The Plan matches my body makeup and I just love how all of her predictions have worked for me perfectly. I treat my body like a science experiment and am thrilled that I am discovering foods that I was eating almost daily were harmful for me.

It's an ongoing process but I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. I can see how over time I will be able to get this weight off of me.

I also have big hopes that my sisters who have less weight to lose but the same apple shape as our Mother, will eventually also benefit from The Plan (TP).

This was my older post:
I joined years ago and enjoy watching the great results others attain-but I haven't gotten really started yet. Now I'm motivated since I discovered that LiveFitRevolution has a team here and I saw that Shay from TheBiggestLoser was using their kettlebell routines. I want to learn how to use the kettle bell. I have some videos and a couple of books and one 16lb kettlebell but I haven't really tried yet. Just getting over a bad case of hand psoriasis which has kept me from the gym. Work in computer field. Have over 100lbs to lose. Mother of 2 young adults.

    I'm doing a modified version of the Plan. I know what's reactive and I avoid it. I'm doing more of a Whole30, if you're familiar with that.
    I encourage you to continue with The Plan in order to identify your problem foods.
    I still go back to the first 3 days when I need a cleanse.
