    Hello my friend! I saw the 5% challenge and was wondering if you have more information on it?
    It said something about running around the world (I am guessing we won't actually be running around the world LOL), so I would like a better description please.
    Once I get a better idea of what it involves, then we can contact the team leader.
    Hope all is well your way.
    I didn't diet or exercise for 2 days and gained back 2 pounds.....so I'm trying to get back on track now.
    The weather here is sunny but very cold.

    Yes the 5% Spring Weight Loss Challenge begins April 4th. (Told to me from a leader of the team). If you want to join, go to my page and look for the 5% Winter Challenge sign up. You will not be able to participate, BUT when the announcement is stated on the team wall you can sign sign up for the Spring challenge. I will ask one of the leaders how it is done so you can get a personal invitation or if you are bold enough you can message one of the leaders yourself. Let me know. Tell the I sent you to them emoticon

    Even if you don't succeed the first time or second or even the third challenge, don't despair. Remember it takes time to learn, time to adjust, time to become aware of what is inside your mind, body and soul. There is no rush to lose weight only a wonderful opportunity to grow into a new permanent healthy lifestyle. If you need support I am here and so are many other incredibly dedicated members and leaders. Remember, it is okay to fail, when you fail you learn. Be courageous and make mistakes. Don't rush, don't crash and burn ( do to much and them fall apart). Take it slow and make it permanent. Lifestyle change is slow to develop. SparkPeople is not about weight loss or weight gain or muscle strength, etc. it is about HEALTH! You can do it! YES YOU CAN!

    Have fun and discover, have an adventure. make new friends and share your struggles and successes. It is WORTH IT!

    Hi Purple Shoes, Take one day at a time. Try not to aim at perfection. It's about moderation and adjusting down. I am not as active as I would like. I will try to get more activity the rest of February. I want some results!
