Single 40-something in New England, struggled with weight and metabolism since high school, have generally maintained weight but it's been creeping up more and more in recent years. Tired of being tired, y'all! Time for RAA 2.0 to emerge...

Fitness Minutes: 330

My Goals:
-Meal prep each week
-Get out for post-dinner walks at least 3x/week
-Get new pair of sneakers (better support for dropped toe)
-Get at least 7 hours sleep per night!
-Post my goals and my Whys in my home where I can see them/keep reminded and motivated

My Program:
-Doing some liquid meals this week to reset
-Get back to meal prepping for the week on Sundays
-Get back to after dinner walks at least 3 times/week (will add more activity later as I progress)

Personal Information:
I tend to go big or go home - which means I go home, a lot. My bed is my favorite place! But I need some new scenery, so this year I've been trying to not be too ambitious and just make some small but significant adjustments bit by bit. The result is that I've been cooking for myself way more than ever in my life, so I count that as a success! Now I'm trying to add fitness back into the equation, starting with just increasing my movement in general - again, not too much too soon! Getting out for regular walks seems doable, but it also made me discover an issue with my right foot, so the next practical step is to get a better pair of sneakers so that won't be an excuse to stop activity. I've also been tackling some long-standing to-do items just to clear them out of the way and out of my mental clutter - Just Do It!!!     Thanks Marilyn! I just completed the 14 day challenge and lost 5 pounds! I'm looking forward to continuing the program, unfortunately I can't afford the full Boot Camp at this time so I'm looking to create my own support networks. Thanks for letting me join your group! :-)

Looking forward to hearing from you - reading your messages as to how this program is working for you - I know it works -as I have lost 16.7 pounds in 20 days. Come as often as possible - when you do the 14 day challenge it is best if you can post a quick note daily showing what day you are on (day 1 day 2 ect) so that we can encourage you along the way
