Over the last few years i went through some physical changes and gained about 25lbs. I am unhappy with what i see in the mirror and i want to make a change for me. I can feel my unhappiness on multiple levels. I dont want to be unhappy anymore. I want to love myself on the inside and on the outside!
Over the last few years i went through some physical changes and gained about 25lbs. I am unhappy with what i see in the mirror and i want to make a change for me. I can feel my unhappiness on multiple levels. I dont want to be unhappy anymore. I want to love myself on the inside and on the outside!

My Goals:
BMI index suggested a 30lbs weight loss to be at a healthy level so 146 is my weight goal.
My Program:
Going to do one activity everyday. Eat two servings of veggies a day. Join a fitness/activity group.
Personal Information:
I am originally from Vermont. My family moved to Arizona when i was 9. I work in retail and i am moving around on my feet for about 8 hours a day. Sometimes i lose my motivation to workout after work but im going to try and change that :)
