For somone people they think that it is to late and there is no way to start over, but I am going to try and stick to it this time and follow all the way through and making to the finish line for my self and my kids.

Current weight:182.6
total Loss:-34LBS
1st-205 met
3rd-154 Ultimate Goal

My Goals:


this is me osing atleast 4 pounds a month and that will make me alittle closer to my goal.

My Program:
Go From 217 to 155 by 1/1/2008

Consume between 1250-1650
calories per day

Burn at least 1000 calories per day.
Total in a week: 5000

start off small but I am going to try and do an hour on my elliptical once everyday!

Saturday will be my free from exercise day maybe go on a little walk or something.

drink 12 glasses of water a day

No eatting before 8AM and no eatting after 8PM

Personal Information:
well first off my name is Linda. I am 23 and have 3 boys. nick(7) vinny(5) Frederick (1). I have been happily married for 4 years now and been with my husband for 8 total years. I live in small town in Iowa. I have been heavey all my life and I am looking for a change starting now!

Other Information:
I love drawing, reading and spending time with my kids. I can honestly say now that food is not one of my favorite things. I can also add my Elliptical as one of the other favorites to do. It helps me relive stress and stops me from eatting all the time!

    Hi Linda: Just wanted to encourage you to keep going. You're doing great despite what the scale might say right now. It'll eventually move down again. How do you get 1000 calories of exercise in each day? That's hard to do. I'm shooting for 2100 in a week! You go girl.
