Hi everyone! I'm Brenda, and I made the decision in April 2015, to take control of my weight, and start the journey to lose 65 lbs, to reach a goal weight of 132 lbs. At one point, I did reach 133 lbs, and did a great job of maintaining in the 130's for a while, but have now regained 20 lbs. I'm actively working to shed that weight again as I refuse to get any fatter; I'm stopping the madness now!

Some facts about me:

Age: 40
Height: 5'6"

Current weight: 154 (04 Jan 2019) - UH OH! Weight gain! :/

My Goals:

My Program:
I'm doing this the good ol' fashioned way - eating plenty of fresh produce and lean protein, while reducing my intake of refined sugar, white flour, and processed food. Moderation works well for me, and I don't consider any food/drink to be 'bad'. I workout 3-4x/week right now - I love walking videos, vinyasa yoga, and all types of strength training. I usually keep my workouts at around 30 minutes per session.

Hi Brenda, I Can Only Imagine what you are going through with the loss of your dog. We have a 14 year old beagle mix named tazzie 4 years ago she was diagnosed with Cushing's disease. They said they never live past 3 years. So she is on borrowed time
