Hey there welcome to the battle erm hope you don't mind but i noticed that you hadn't put your weigh in thing up (sos not sure what you call it) but to be part of the battle you need to do that or i'm not sure if you have a place?
ok go to the team, you made a post in the yellow squad disscussion but you need to go to the page and copy and past which you wanna do the points or just the weigh in.Now in the bottom of the page there is another section click click to see all the colours and pic the yellow squad copy and paste which you wanna do and fill in the personnal details name age etc all done.
If your still not sure i'll help you every week you edit this post with your weigh in not create a new one.That's it us the disscussion boards to chat and get advice ramble on about your day (which i do) and swap ideas.
The battle is good fun and everyone is so nice i'm not really good at joining teams and being active but i seem to stick to this one.

Does that mean you are in the 8 week battle?? On the blue team by any chance?? If so, looking forward to seeing you in the posts and getting to "know" you better fellow warrior!! I had good success with the last 8 week battle and am setting this goal at 2 lbs/week loss again...16 lbs down sounds great to me!!! Good luck to you too!! 3647 days ago
