I'm not really a radish
I have been using Sparkpeople forever. Forever. A few years ago I was down to 210, a big accomplishment for me, but I got lazy and gained everything back, plus then some. I have been meaning to lose the weight again, but I create my own barriers and excuses.
I never was thin, okay, except when I was 5, then I was thin. My parents allowed me to eat whatever I wanted, which did not include vegetables. So, my hardest time in losing weight now is actually learning to cook and ...

I never was thin, okay, except when I was 5, then I was thin. My parents allowed me to eat whatever I wanted, which did not include vegetables. So, my hardest time in losing weight now is actually learning to cook and enjoy vegetables. I have no clue how to cook these things and it doesn't help to have a picky husband.
I started right when I got back from vacation on 05/21 to eat healthy again. I started at 250 and plan on going down as low as I go.

Personal Information:
I live with my husband, 4 cats, one dog, and one foster dog in Mechanicsville, VA. My husband is the skinniest thing in the world literally and we have completely different taste, so thanks extra challenge. I am currently in graduate school for my MSW and hope to graduate May 2013.
