Dynamic Dynamo Looking to Blast Off, AGAIN


I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!!! I have learned to manage my fibromyalgia! Now to learn to lose weight total goal of 100 pounds ( 65 pounds gained on Lyrica), reevaluating if I need and can lose another 50, and then learn to manage that too!!!

Fitness Minutes: 7,225

My Goals:
Sarted on my own at 310.
Sarted SP at 255.
Goal 115.
Would be perfectly happy with 130. :)

Overcome boredom

Be more energetic


Quit hurting ALL the time




My Program:
 Drink Water (1/2 my weight in oz a day) 125-130 oz of cold water a day.

Walk 3-5 miles a day.

Do strength training at least 3 times a week!
