    Once again I’m hoping to create some change. I’m starting a new job in March and I want to take this opportunity to develop a healthy habit of getting up at 4am and getting a 30 min workout in 4 days per week.

    I’m ready to change my lifestyle!! It will be hard but it will help me lose weight! I can and will do this! My biggest change will be going to bed early and getting up early, I want to embrace these changes 1-track everyday 2-exercise 3 days/week

    I did not do well after my last post here July 1.. a lot of emotional eating happened. I have started a new simple plan August 1. No emotional eating at night, track everyday and exercise 3 days per week. No turning back!

    I am ready to get off my emotional eating train and find better ways to cope! I will lose 2 lbs per week starting now! I’m going to go to bed early and get up early to avoid night binging and to assure that I will have time to exercise in the am!
