LONG TERM GOALS:

-control diabetes without meds
-feel comfortable in my body
-shop at my favorite boutique store

SHORT TERM GOALS:

~shed 12 lbs.
~64 oz of h2o daily
~8000 steps daily
~ST 3 x's a week



My Program:
 Balance. Balance. Balance.

Such a tough thing...balance. I am on this journey, learning every step of the way. I am learning to balance healthy food choices with healthy exercise choices, along with keeping a healthy state of mind!




Personal Information:
Happily journeying through life! Every day is a new opportunity for learning! My goals have changed so much through this journey. My last break from Spark was a journey in trying new things. Although I learned much...I have discovered I need people. Lots of people who are on the same journey with me!

My family consists of two adult daughters, an amazing partner, an adorable dog, and a house cat. I love to hike! I despise shopping. I love sunshine, bonfires, fall leaves, and summer sunsets!

Other Information:
 I believe in me...and I believe with the right shoes, the right attitude, and the right people in my life...I too will be healthy. A balance of health with my body, mind, and soul!

    It's Friday, and with much of the country having snow this week, I thought you might appreciate some winter jokes. For those of you who live in the Northern states, I know that winter is snow problem for you.
    By now, all of you snow how this works - You read . . . you laugh. However, if you don't like them, please don't give me the cold shoulder.

    It's Friday, and time for some laughs. Lately, the Friday Just for Giggles have become quite a big dill around here, but I doughnut want to taco 'bout it. However, I yam relishing the positive feedback, and I'd give a penne for your thoughts. . .

    I've started investing in stocks: beef, chicken, and vegetable.
