Hello Fellow Sparkers!

My name is Jessica. I'm an interactive designer in the beautiful city of Birmingham, Ala. I've got an amazing daughter named Natasha and I am married to my best friend, Dan.

I'm a woman who has spent a lot of time taking care of everyone else but myself! I have a tendency to worry about everyone else's needs but my own, but not anymore!

I'm not new to the weight loss journey, about 6 years ago I was so extremely close to hitting my goal weight but unfortunately had 5 hand surgeries spanning over a 1 year time period and gained most of that weight back.

I'm now on my weight loss journey through a program called Naturally Slim, which was sponsored through work, and since the beginning of April, I've been rocking it hard! I'm feeling so inspired and my results are really showing. I've lost over 106 pounds, since April and over 65 inches! I went from a 22 Plus Size pant to a size 6/8. The biggest change though is my energy and confidence!

I have now reached that point where I'm feeling healthy inside and out!

My Goals:
I am breaking up my goal into 2 increments of 43 pounds. I would love to reach my first 43 goal by July 16th and my remaining 43 goal by October 29th. I will be attending a major design conference in San Diego November 1st and I am determined, I will reach my goal weight by then!

I am going to end this year off right! My main goal is to let the me on the outside match who I am on the inside.


My Program:
I am currently on the Naturally Slim program and I LOVE it!
So I am:
* Eating only when I am hungry
* Eating what I love
* Eating one food at a time
* Chewing slowly
* Putting fork down between bites
* Taking a 5 min break
* Lots of veggies and having protein with every meal
* At least 30 min exercise/day.
* 8-10 glasses water/H2Orange a day.
* Positive self talk!!
* 8 hours sleep
* Have fun!!



Personal Information:
I am a fun, energetic, and wild person. I love photography, painting, really art of any kinds, music and movies. I love being around my friends and family. I have an eclectic personality. I love new experiences and meeting new people. I believe you don't stop learning until your dead.


Other Information:
Life is precious and you need to enjoy every minute of it!!!
