Hi. If you want/need a little push...consider joining us for an 8 week challenge. Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. It is similar to the Biggest Loser team. There are 3 teams that compete within the X-Weighted team. We do ATC (All Teams Challenge) various challenges (nutrition, fitness etc.) The main requirement is to post your weight weekly. The ATC challenges and/if individual teams have challenges are optional (however, very beneficial). If you have any questions, please let me know.

Your Giza looks just like my Cody. We got him at the shelter and he is only 4 months old. A little timid but sure love his momma and loves his 2 older brothers a 9 year old Shih Tzu and a 2 year old Siamese Cat Toby.
