Introduction Text I no longer do circuit training as I moved south to the Durham Region. I do try and walk on the treadmill at least 6 times a week. I try to go for 40 minutes. Also will go for walks by the lake. In the last year I have not gained or lost - just stuck where I was. I hope to be lighter by Christmas 2010! 2012 - yes! I now only have to lose 20 lbs to become 'overweight'. Shall I try for that goal by this time in 2013? End of 2015...I am overweight! Now to lose the last 20 lbs...hopefully it will be just another 2 years! Find I am only taking off 10 lbs a year! 2018 - December Last two years I have been losing 5 lbs a year:( But I'm within my last 5 lbs to reach the goal the doctor set for me.

Each year...lose 10 lbs.
