Introduction Text It’s been over a year now that I broke my leg. Im in my 40’s and keeping weight off is a struggle. Walking is restricted to short distances and or pain. So I’ve decided to focus on getting toned up as much as I can. I need to keep my weight down so I don’t put pressure on my leg. The break I had was super rare and if I don’t watch my weight I’ll need a knee replacement! I had 5 surgerys to save my leg and I don’t want another one! No! No! I’m a mom of a pre-teen, and a college grad (soon to be) My husband just got diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I have two fur babies and we spoil them a lot. I love being outdoors and reading a good book when I can. I like to try new recipes. I’m not a natural cook but I do love to bake.
