I'm generally really active, but don't really think about food much and hate to cook for myself because I don't want to deal with leftovers.

My Goals:
Build muscle and strength
Increase endurance
Build Speed
Get Generally Fit again

My Program:
 * Kickboxing - 3 days/wk
* Kodokan Judo - 1 day/wk
* Yoga - 1 day/wk
* Weight-lifting - 2 days/wk
* Working out how to eat better and make more of my own food without having to just eat one thing over and over, and preferably minimal cooking.


Personal Information:
Currently a certified, Shodan, Judo instructor! Teaching others the art of Judo, as I continue to learn.

I work in Anatomic Pathology, and enjoy learning new things.

Other Information:
 Favorite color is green
Like Japanese and German foods
Play video/computer games
Cat person
