    The answer is simple: I am staying on Atkins for the rest of my life. emoticon

    Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog!! While I know my food choices weren't as healthy as they could have been, I've been moving away from the idea of "good vs bad" or healthy vs unhealthy. Most food gives us SOMETHING. Protein, fiber, nutrients.... so even less than ideal food gives our body something it needs!
