SELF CARE... my mantra
I am a work in progress. Lost some, gained a lot.
MUCH healthier and getting to know myself better and better. Which is enabling me to understand others better. With improved health comes self care and self love or is it the other way around? hmmmm

My Goals:
mini goals:
--3 "tough" workouts per week; 4 minimum 10 minutes per week
-- yoga once a week
-- weight training while watching tv
-- meditate daily
-- self care: (realized a need to define in 3/12) nails, ayurvedic skin routines, baths!
My Program:
METTA: loving kindness
Lead with the Heart
--gf/cf/additive free diet (lots of food allergies)
-- remain positive
-- seek and surround with positive friends
-- begin again, begin again, begin again...
-- self care
Personal Information:
I am from Hell, now living in Boston.
(a reference to the quality of my upbringing; I am not a demon.)
Other Information:
-- upcycler (creative recycling! so much enjoyment!)
-- brave warrior
-- hubster with a fount of useless information (written with love!)
