Introduction Text IT IS ALL ABOUT ME!!!!! It is time to get serious. I have all the tools I need to complete the weight loss journey I started three years ago - I am blessed to have access to delicious, fresh nutritious food, I live near a gym and have a membership, I have a wonderful support group - my trainer, Kristy (Princess of Torture), my family, friends, the trackers and support of Sparkpeople. I don't need anything else. It is all now up to me to put my plans into action - no-one can do it for me - I have the power to turn my plans and dreams of good health into reality starting NOW!!!! I would love you to follow my journey and support me along the way. Thanks to all my Sparkie friends for all the support, great comments, email, goodies, jokes etc - you always inspire me to keep on track and I love you for it. THANKS!!!

My life goal is to wring every last second of fun from this one precious life I have been given, until my last breath whenever that may be. Monthly goals December 2012 *Track all my food and exercise. *Drink 8 or more glasses of water each day. * Continue my no diet coke streak. * Walk 30 minutes every day. * Include one stretching and relaxation class each week. * Chew my food slowly and mindfully. *Weight train with Kristy twice each week. *Lose 2 kgs. *Expand my network of sparkie friends and provide them with encouragement and support.
