Hi there
My journey has taken me about two and a half years. i have managed to loose about 112 lb so far, I am off all my blood pressure medicine, my joints don't ache like they used to, my energy level has increased dramatically as well. I am now at the stage of learning how to maintain this weight loss. For me it is such a challenge as I realise that my mind needs to be renewed where food is concerned. My journey has taken me about two and a half years. i have managed to loose about 112 lb so far, I am off all my blood pressure medicine, my joints don't ache like they used to, my energy level has increased dramatically as well. I am now at the stage of learning how to maintain this weight loss. For me it is such a challenge as I realise that my mind needs to be renewed where food is concerned. A big part of the journey has been fitness and I want to incorporate more fitness goals as I continue on my road to wellness.

2. to try and run 5k
Long term goal: to be fit and healthy
My Program:
I joined a gym (scarey step for me) and have been working out with a personal trainer 3 times a week, but it's a challenge as I travel a lot.
And in October 2013 I started a program called metabolic balance which has helped me move past a long plateau and lose the last 16kg
