Introduction Text I have struggled with my weight since my mid 20s. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Prior to the diagnosis I felt hopeless and horrified as my weight kept creeping higher and higher no matter what. ergggg! Luckily there is hope now. I am on meds & working to stabalize my metabolism. I am loving the Spark way of life! When I eat well it is so much better than fast food or the junk of before. I can't stand it when I don't have fresh fruits and veg. Working out every day makes me feel good and strong. I still deal with some of the symptoms of my thyroid disorder, but I'm getting better everyday. Remember, "Sweat is fat crying! " Take Care of You!

I hale from Texas, I have 2 grown daughters who are now having daughters. With my best friend, I co-authored a non Fiction book, "Job Lost Job Found"

I love my family, my wonderful guardian Angels, and friends. I like to play games, MMORPG & Wii mostly. I'm great with computers. My favorite author is JRR Tolkien, I am amazed at his imagination.
